Dan Ryder is a veteran English teacher, improviser and design thinker from the foothills of western Maine who spends every day trying to make the world a little more interesting than he found it. He regularly delivers workshops on design thinking in the content area classroom at conferences such as SXSWEdu and MassCUE, and in such spaces as Stanford’s d.School, Atlanta’s Mount Vernon Presbyterian School, and Pittburgh’s Ellis School for Girls.
